The role

Reporting directly to the Head of Global Sales you will be working with some of Janison longest tenured customers in Assessment and Learning Management. Other duties include:

  • Seek and pursue new opportunities within existing clients.
  • Organise and run workshops with clients to discover projects and opportunities, establish workflows, tasks, blueprints and schedules and create project artefacts for these.
  • Provide account management services both during and after client projects and any other client engagements.
  • Create and update client and project information in the CRM, timekeeping and time forecasting systems.
  • Enhance and streamline operational processes of the Account Management function to maximise efficiency.

About you

Over 5 years proven experience working within SaaS based technologies (Ed-Tech ideal but not essential)

Demonstrated ability to run a customer opportunity from discovery through to signature

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Strong client facing and stakeholder management skills

Demonstrated experience working for an Outsource Learning Provider

Demonstrated experience managing projects for external clients
