The role

As Chief Customer Officer, you will work with Janison teams to focus on customer-driven growth. This newly created leadership role will work with the Board, the C-suite and across the organisation to embed behaviours and actions that unite teams in focusing on customer priorities. This approach will shift ways of thinking for employees and customers, resulting in a sustainable, repeatable and deliberate one-company approach to growth.
The CCO role is responsible for overseeing the operations of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success departments, and ensuring that the interaction between those departments is aligned with the larger company-wide strategy.

Responsibilities include;

  • Working with the CEO and Executive Leadership team to optimise existing revenue models and create new revenue streams, whilst improving customer retention
  • Driving scale and profitability by implementing Janison’s Go-To-Market strategy and sales function
  • Driving marketing leadership to create and execute winning marketing strategies to drive profitable growth
  • Propelling sales leadership to develop and implement revenue driving strategies, which create long-term customer and business value, building a winning sales team
  • Inspiring customer success leadership to define and deliver on the customer value proposition, maintaining a customer-first focused organisation
  • Creating strategies to drive all teams to work cohesively, optimising each to maximise revenue
  • Directly leading Janison’s Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

About you

Joining our Executive Leadership team, you will embed your proven experience of implementing customer-focussed revenue strategies; you will engage the organisation in managing customer relationships and delivering revenue and profit.

Your demonstrated execution mindset and previous experience in a high growth sales environment will enable you to design and implement a best-in-class scalable go-to-market operating model.

You have a proven ability to communicate strategy clearly to multiple teams and areas of expertise; transitioning seamlessly from a strategic level vision to day-to-day tactical operations

Your goal will be to drive Janison to work together for optimum customer experience delivery, supporting leaders in their role in the transformation journey.

Critical to the success of this role is solid experience working with a SaaS/ Platform and in recurring annuity services in a B2B organisation.
