About the role:

We are searching for a Head of Implementation Services to lead a geographically dispersed team of implementation managers and consultants, internal functional teams and vendors and will manage the implementation services engagements with Janison Sales, Services, Operations, Product, Development and Level 1/2/3 Support teams.

This is a permanent full time position available to candidates based anywhere in Australia. We have office locations in Sydney and Coffs Harbour and co-working spaces in the Gold Coast.

Day to day this role will see you:
  • provide a strong focus on improving service delivery and commercial outcomes.
  • be accountable for the teams delivering a professional, customer focused and highly skilled implementation service to clients while meeting the contractual service level agreements (SLA’s).
  • work with the Implementation teams supporting the new and existing customer service delivery from a solution, implementation, and technical consulting perspective.
  • manage the change and transformation projects to implement a new level of repeatable customer delivery for all product implementations for our growing global customer list.
  • oversee the consulting services on new customer infrastructure requirements with a focus on the design of data integration with appropriate data security and privacy for existing and new customers.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • previous management experience in high stakes technical service delivery, ITIL Service Management experience preferred.
  • proven business acumen with a focus on relationships with internal, vendor and customer stakeholder
  • excellent, proven leadership skills at a senior leadership level in the achievement of commercial priorities and performance metrics.
  • exceptional communication skills including interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, verbal and written.
  • high energy, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
  • a results-oriented attitude; able to work in a multi-task environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering results.
  • the ability to act as technical SME for all Janison products and services.
