The role

The Head of Marketing will build out and lead a high performing B2B and B2C marketing team and be responsible for establishing best practice across areas such as: customer lifecycle, demand generation, paid media, search engine optimisation, content marketing, customer-centric marketing, product marketing, operations, PR, social media, brand, sales and partner enablement and events.

This newly created role will be responsible for building and successfully driving our growth, as well as looking across the entire customer journey to identify opportunities for unlocking marketing-driven value – from new client acquisition to customer satisfaction, user onboarding, retention and expansion.

The right person for this role will have prior experience in a technology business and be able to demonstrate success in developing and delivering on a strategy, building and leading a team, and setting the tone for the team’s culture.

Responsibilities include;

  • Development and implementation of the Janison marketing strategy, with a particular focus on demand generation, brand awareness and retention
  • Development and management of the marketing budget to achieve targeted sales and brand growth
  • Own the brand voice and strategy with effective and targeted go to market campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with product, development and sales teams to implement growth strategies and funnel improvements
  • Direct and implement effective sales campaigns based on company strategy and market research
  • Forecast, draft, implement and oversee the team's operating budget

About you

The Head of Marketing will be an experienced and accomplished marketing leader who has experience with technology-focused business and expertise building and delivering s successful marketing strategy.

You will have exceptional communication & presentation skills and ability to work to tight deadlines and be hands-on when necessary and to prioritise effectively. As well as strong data-driven technical and analytical skills, including CRM, MarTech, data analytics tools and systems, and be able to develop attribution models to analyse all marketing channels and touchpoints

Highly desirable previous global experience and education sector experience.
