The role

In this newly created role, the Customer Success team is looking for an Implementation Assistant to support the successful delivery of digital assessment events globally.

This is a solution focused and hands on role, in which you will play a supporting role in driving solution excellence and efficiency within the team, pushing innovation and quality, and delivering detail and clarity in functional and technical outcome for our clients.

Working alongside our event delivery team and the clients, you will need to understand the timing and frequency of their events across the year, and assist them with the planning, implementation, quality assurance and delivery of the digital assessment and ensuring overall successful delivery

Duties include:

  • Development and implementation of a checklist to be used before each event
  • Working closely with the delivery lead and Janison IT operations team, to ensure the environment is scaled adequately in the ramp up to events
  • Ensuring the environments for the client are functionally operational and that any bugs that needed addressing from previous events has been rectified
  • Content and platform localization implementation may be required depending on project.
  • Support the delivery team to complete all necessary configuration and preparation activities prior to the commencement of an event.
  • Working in conjunction with the delivery and engage with other Janison teams to aid in implementation and event delivery activities.
  • Document current and future process flows as required.
  • Contribute to Janison Assessment platform improvements based on practical experience.
  • Assist in the preparation, generation of regular event status reports for events that are in delivery or marking phases
  • Assist the delivery team to provide expert advice and support for delivery or marking phases – during the operational times of the customer – using WhatsApp and Zoom and support and communication tools
  • Coordinating pre-testing and loading of data/reporting of test environment
  • Be available to work outside standard business hours to support major events
  • Liaise with clients around support tickets and their resolution
  • Provide functional and technical advice where required
  • Coordinating UAT test with internal team and regression testing before release.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have relevant tertiary qualification in business, IT or equivalent experience. We are open to graduates and junior IT professionals.

You will be eager, organised (strong focus on system and process documentation), logical, practical, motivated and curious; You will have highly developed communication skills and ability to interact professionally with all client stakeholders and staff; Analytic mindset, accuracy, attention to details and creative problem solving.
