The role

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the Implementation of Janison Academy for new clients and refresh/new feature implementations for the existing client base.

Duties include:

  • Engage with new and existing clients to understand business problems and identify ways they can be solved in JA
  • Assist in developing and documenting (SOW) requirements and timelines for delivery of solutions identified during engagement
  • Configuration of platform as defined in SOW
  • Engage with other Janison teams to aid in implementation activities
  • Assist clients with support and training during implementation
  • Create and refine UAT testing scripts as needed for implementation projects
  • Document implementation activities and deliver assigned tasks to meet project timelines
  • Teamwork - Continuously look to improve the functions and processes required for successful implementations

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have proprietary platform knowledge, preferably learning platforms and experience in technical role or equivalent education.

Ideally, you will have basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS and JS) and practical experience performing QA/UAT.

You have excellent problem solving and communication skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team and excellent documentation skills with a focus on details.
