About the role

We are seeking an experienced school leader with a passion for data-driven performance improvement to join our team! As our School Partnership Executive – Victoria, you will engage and build relationships with secondary school leaders across Victoria to drive the adoption and ongoing use of our portfolio of educational assessment and analytics offerings.

Critically, this role will become an expert and thought leader for our innovative VCE and ATAR analysis and forecasting product, partnering with schools to drive educational outcomes through data-driven decision making.

In this role, day-to-day you will:

  • Proactively build relationships with principals, deputy principals, academic directors, and other decision-makers within Victorian schools.
  • Visit prospective schools to understand their needs and propose Janison offerings that could assist them.
  • Explain, demonstrate, and guide the ongoing development of the Year 12 VCE and ATAR analysis and forecasting product with school decision makers as well as other Janison offerings that are of interest.
  • For schools that adopt the VCE / ATAR analysis product, guide school staff to gather data required for the analysis and then engage with school leaders to share the analysis of their results and offer insights and actionable recommendations.
  • For schools interested in other Janison offerings, collaborate with other school-facing Janison roles to engage and support existing and prospective customers appropriate for their needs.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

    • Teaching qualifications for secondary school education
    • Prior experience in a leadership position at a Victorian school
    • Knowledge of VCE practices / VTAC scaling and experience analysing VCE data
    • A passion for data-driven decision making in schools to improve educational outcomes
    • Knowledge of International Baccalaureate practices welcome but not essential
    • Comfort working with school-based data
    • Formal skills in data analysis or statistics are not required
