The role

Joining a dynamic team in a high growth business transforming education across the globe, the Marketing Specialist will work with our digital marketing agency, marketing team, sales organisation and cross functions to ensure the delivery and execution of high quality marketing campaigns that drive profitable schools growth.

Utilising our Martech and CRM stack, they will take ownership of the end-to-end schools marketing strategy and campaign execution – including brand, website build and optimisation, segmentation and messaging, email, social media, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), automations and customer journeys, content and collateral development, events, briefing stakeholders and agencies, and post-campaign analysis and reporting.

They will be responsible for generating valuable data and insights from campaign performance to inform business decisions, optimise future campaign performance and identify new marketing opportunities.

Duties include:

  • Own and manage the schools campaign calendar
  • Understand schools and parents segment behaviours and touch points with the brand to deliver a seamless, relevant experience to ensure most effective ROI
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end marketing strategy and campaign execution – including brand, website build and optimisation, segmentation and messaging, email, social media, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), automations and customer journeys, content and collateral development, events, briefing stakeholders and agencies, and post-campaign analysis and reporting
  • Lead multiple projects at once and ensure strong integration across the organisation
  • Manage and execute lead nurture and trigger campaigns – from updates, to creative and reporting, to optimising the customer journey and performance for each campaign
  • Generate data and insight from schools campaigns through weekly reporting analysis to improve business decisions, optimise future campaign performance and identify new marketing opportunities
  • Manage internal communications to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with campaign activity occurring across all schools products

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have hands on CRM, marketing automation, Google Ads and social media advertising experience as well as proven success in marketing strategy and campaign execution. You will have strong project management and organisation skills; the ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritise based on customer needs.

You will also have demonstrated ability to analyse and present campaign performance to senior stakeholders and optimise campaign performance to drive growth.

Previous experience in the schools or education market and HTML coding and graphic design skills highly desirable.
