About you

To be successful in this role, you need to think creatively. We’re not like everyone else.

You might have experience in a similar HR generalist role, working with a small P&C team in a similar sized organisation (approx. 180 people and growing). You will ideally have been a part of a fast-growth technology business, so that you can bring your experience and knowledge to Janison. Essential to this role is breadth – no two days will look the same.
