The role

Acting as a credible and trusted partner within the Sales process, you will work collaboratively with the Go-To-Market account and sales team to build customer confidence in Janison products.

Through demonstrated thought leadership, this role will identify organisational goals and opportunities to support the sales function in reaching new and recurring partnerships with our customers.

This is a permanent full time position offering flexibility to work from home, and access to our offices in Sydney, Coffs Harbour and the Gold Coast.

Other duties include:

  • managing and growing the capabilities of the Solutions Consulting team to allow all to demonstrate both Janison platform Products namely Janison Academy and Janison Insights
  • working in partnership with the Sales Team SAM’s and BDMs to deliver on yearly targets for both revenue and bookings
  • scoping and understanding customer requirements but more importantly the desired outcomes. Being able to articulate requirements clearly into commercial documents (Statements of Work, Request for Proposal, Bids and Tenders).
  • leading the Solutions Consulting team and building capability in our demonstrations to highlight our robust and simple to use platforms
  • establishing and leading the standardisation and reuse of specific material for RFPs, Tenders, Statements of Work and client engagement deliverables
  • actively engaging with delivery teams across all engagements to ensure technical outcomes meet standards and practices, embed learnings and providing technical support
  • This role requires someone who is attentive, can influence and persuade customer decisions through specialist and detailed expertise and gains clear agreement and commitment to our product.

About you

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to form fruitful relationships with customers, nurture their external network and be able to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

You will have a genuine curiosity to understand your customer’s needs and identify opportunities to create recurring revenue opportunities through tailored demonstrations that highlight our products are fit for purpose, simple to use and a long-term solution.
