The team

Working with the Assessment team, you will be delivering flexible and reliable assessment products that match today’s candidates’ modern, day-to-day digital experiences. Our online assessment tools help our clients set up and deliver tests in a few simple steps.

The role

In this newly created 12 month contract role, you will work with one of our largest global clients responsible for the following:

  • Account management responsibilities for key stakeholders in different countries
  • Support the delivery of vast examination events across different regions, being the main touchpoint from the Janison team
  • Assist stakeholders in preparing test content for the first year of delivery, including reviewing and approving test content.
  • Running, providing and explaining daily reports for countries that are in delivery or marking phases
  • Providing expert advice and support for countries delivery or marking phases – during the operational times of the country – utilising WhatsApp and Zoom and support and communication toolsTrack and triage defects
  • Providing support to the Project Manager in designing new features and functions of the platform to help ensure the system continues to improve and remain efficient

About you

To be successful in this role you will have great client communication and relationship management skills. You’ll be able to work autonomously as one of the only Janison team members based in Europe. You will have skills in HTML, SQL and Data analysis, with the ability to execute SQL reports to Excel. You will be technical enough that you can gain a good understanding of the Janison product, with the ability to design new interfaces and functions.

You must have the right to live and work in Paris, and have the flexibility to support clients in different timezones and collaborate with the team in Australia.
