The role

Working full-time and reporting to the COO, you will lead a team of Professional Services Consultants to successfully implement solutions for our customers.

You’ll oversee implementation from inception to support. You’ll ideally have experience with a big 4 consulting company

Duties include:

  • Recognise appropriate escalation triggers to the designated Janison Project Manager/Implementation Consultant
  • Develop technical strategies and architectures for systems or enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Develop and recommend solutions and strategies for technical solutions based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure.
  • Conduct business requirement analyses and gap analyses.
  • Participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to ongoing team account activities.
  • Participate on a project team that will be defined and organized according to the skills and experience required for the implementation.
  • Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancement or work-arounds to meet client requirements.
  • Develop data conversion and testing strategies.
  • Analyse trends in client support requirements and develop pro-active support mechanisms
  • Act as a liaison between Janison Engineering team on new product builds resulting from software patches, bug fixes, new versions etc and the Customer Account Manager on managing the transition to the client environment
  • Provide product training of the Janison product to Administrators and end- users.
  • Facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs with client Training & Development personnel
  • Consult with client Training & Development representatives on training plans, activities and materials to support Product implementations and uptake

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in Professional Services Consulting (ideally big 4) and Project Implementation. You will have a strong team management experience and excellent verbal and written communications skills.

It is preferable that you’ll have previous experience in EdTech Sector and software vendor environment.
