The role

The Regional Success Coordinator (Australia) supports the Group Executive – OECD PISA for Schools with agreed administrative tasks to successfully onboard, maintain and retain relationships with agreed purchasing schools

Responsibilities include;

  • Support the acquisition of new purchasing schools with administrative support for the Group Executive – OECD PISA for Schools
  • Identify and support strategies to increase the engagement of Australian schools with the PISA for Schools assessment
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Group Executive – OECD PISA for Schools to plan and deliver webinars, conferences and thought leadership events
  • Nurture relationships with the key stakeholders in purchasing schools
  • Support the management of schools who have purchased the PISA for Schools assessment using a range of onboarding strategies
  • Serve as the liaison between schools and the Janison delivery team to provide required inputs and support for the successful implementation of the assessment
  • Serve as the liaison with the coding and marking team to ensure data is delivered to the OECD PISA for Schools team on time for analysis and report generation
  • Coordinate the delivery of completed school reports to the purchasing schools
  • Drive engagement with PISA for Schools through planning insights sessions, post-assessment workshops and events for schools to ensure repeat participation
  • Conduct post-event customer surveys and provide feedback from schools to the Group Executive – OECD PISA for Schools
  • Attend regular meetings with key stakeholders, purchasing schools and the OECD PISA for Schools team

About you

The Regional Success Coordinator will have experience working with schools including Principal and Ministry level.

You will have exceptional communication & interpersonal skills and passion for great customer service and experience (internal and external). As well as highly organised and able to multi-task, excellent administrative skills and proficient level of computer literacy.
