About the role

We have an opportunity for a Sales Administration Assistant to join our Schools sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales (APAC) you will join a small, but highly impactful team and be responsible for providing support and assistance directly to our school customers and the team more broadly.

On any given day you could be engaging directly with customers to support a sale and/or support them through any questions they may have, you could be helping assessment setup processes or even coordinating logistics for live events with schools.

A pre-requisite for this role is a kind and approachable character coupled with a can-do attitude. This role is ideal for candidates who are motivated self-starters who get a kick out of helping others and being part of a hard working but super fun team!

This is a fixed term position with an immediate start until September 2023. Preferably part time, 3 days per week but we’re open to other considerations for the right candidate.

Day to day you will:

  • engage with school customers in a friendly and professional manner (Last chance calling, Sales Outreach etc.)
  • respond professionally to sales enquiries and sales support requests from customers (via Phone and/or eMail)
  • execute basic processes and functions that support assessment administration processes (License allocation, License transfer, Product setup etc.)
  • be the glue that brings the Sales team together (coordinate logistics events, support the preparation of regular reports, general team support and administration)
  • build positive relationship with like teams and stakeholders across Janison

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • are a strong communicator with high attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills
  • have the desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
  • have the demonstrated ability to manage varied work tasks, meet deadlines and maintain temperament through times of high stress
  • have previous experience with (or a desire to learn) how to use internal CRM platforms, sales systems. Microsoft officer suite and / or proprietary software
  • have an “own it and find a way” attitude and
  • have prior experience in an administration, customer service or contact centre type role [Desirable]
