The role

As a key member of the Educational Assessments team you will support the Group Executive, Schools and CEO in optimising the business through the development, planning and execution of business optimisation strategies and initiatives.

Duties include:

  • Leading the development of the Schools long term strategy and operating plan
  • Supporting the development of the overall strategy for Janison
  • Supporting the development of materials for ongoing Board and investor engagement
  • Establishing and coordinating CEO and ELT leadership and management rhythms including annual strategy days, quarterly business reviews
  • Undertaking strategy projects and business analysis to support business strategic and operational design making
  • Leading and coordinating the annual business planning process for Janison
  • Establishing and leading change management and communications to support ongoing transformation
  • Supporting the strategy development, planning and integration of M&A activity as required

About you

To be successful in this role, you will come from a top tier management consulting and/or in-house corporate strategy experience and you will demonstrated experience leading complex projects in fast-paced and highly ambiguous environments.
You will have relevant tertiary qualification in business, engineering or equivalent. MBA preferred but not essential.
