The role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the Head of People & Culture , and will quickly become an integral part of our fun, hard-working and collaborative P&C team.  You will play a large role in supporting both talent acquisition and talent brand activities for Janison.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will hire top talent across all functions, and will partner with various stakeholders and fulfil creative social media campaigns in compiling talent pools for key functional areas particularly in relation to IT roles.

Duties include:

  • Manage talent acquisition process with activities such as writing & placing job ads, pre-screening applications and coordinating interviews with Hiring Managers.
  • End to end management of ATS platform TurboRecruit
  • Engage Marketing to leverage our Talent Brand to attract top talent

About you

You will have experience in a fast-paced internal recruitment or agency environment with a focus on IT roles. You will be creative, self-driven and have high attention to detail. You are capable of switching between tasks for managing high volume recruitment and multiple stakeholders.

You are confident with digital media advertising across many platforms and leveraging our talent brand to attract quality candidates.
