The role

We are seeking a technical operations guru to help ensure the PBTS practices and processes are sustainable and scalable. This role requires deep technical expertise, professional diligence and a strong commitment to the success of this global project.

Experience in delivering digital assessments in a diverse global context is key. Even better if you bring a working knowledge of Janison Insights. In addition, this role requires the candidate to be client facing and to be able to work with people from different backgrounds in high levels of government around the world and at the OECD.

Duties include:

  • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
  • Managing the technical operations of PBTS to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Liaising with team members, the ELT and clients to ensure gold standard practices
  • Identifying risks to the project or business, forming contingency plans as soon as possible
  • Analyzing existing operations and facilitating ways to make ongoing improvements
  • Design and implement streamlined and scalable business functionality
  • Reporting and delivering regular updates and presentations to the relevant stakeholders
  • Overseeing the success of the technical operations and delivery of PBTS globally
  • Providing outstanding management of the process and people working on the project

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have experience with our Insights platform and will have the ability to meet the needs of diverse contexts with differing levels of technical understanding and capacity to successfully deliver PISA for Schools.

Essential to this role is a strong track record of excellent customer service – internal and external and excellent client facing skills with cross-cultural sensitivity.

You will have formal qualification in IT with the ability to work in collaboration with the technology and product teams to architect systems and processes for scale. As well as experience delivering complex, high stakes digital assessments globally with a range of clients, connectivity and operational needs.
