Courtney is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in Human Resources across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, technology, utilities, marketing, advertising, and consulting. With a proven track record at global corporations, as well as fast-paced SME technology start-ups and scale-ups, Courtney combines strategic insight with hands-on execution.
As a Principal Consultant, Courtney specialised in working with clients in health, education, and community sectors. She played a pivotal role in launching a new product for early childhood education providers and collaborated with some of Melbourne’s most prominent private schools and universities, helping them enhance employee and customer engagement.
Courtney holds a BA in Psychology and a Bachelor of Business in Management from Monash University. She is also a certified professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), underscoring her commitment to professional development and excellence in HR leadership.
