A former Big 4 professional with 14 years at PwC, he combines deep technical expertise in IFRS and complex financial standards with commercial acumen and collaborative leadership.
As a key executive partner, he excels in sophisticated problem-solving and value creation — from improving operating margins and leading cost transformation programs to successfully negotiating debt refinances.
Dharmendra is passionate about mentoring high-engagement teams to unlock organisational potential and drive the next stage of growth. He holds CPA and CA qualifications, a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Diploma in Investor Relations (AIRA).
