A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Currently serves on the boards of AMP Limited, Datacom Group, St Vincents Health Australia (SVHA), Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). External member of Bain & Co Australia’s Advisory board and of Urbis Board.  Former director of Alinta Energy, QBE Insurance (Auspac), Melbourne Water Corporation, Monash College, Bank of Queensland and Australian Government Solicitor.
