Rebecca Niemiec is a highly experienced education management professional. During more than a decade’s experience in examination services, she has overseen the delivery of more than one million face-to-face exams, tens of thousands of successful assessment events.
With a strong foundational background in the higher education sector, Rebecca brings to Janison an intimate knowledge of the end-to-end exam and assessment delivery process. This includes invaluable insight into the on-the-ground student experience, as well as into candidates’ and educators’ unique needs and challenges.
Rebecca is passionate about delivering world class education tools and resources, authentic and equitable assessment, and creating opportunities for diverse workforces.
She is equally passionate about ongoing learning and is completing an MBA at the University of Technology, Sydney.
