Recruitment Administrator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Administrator to provide essential back-end support to our recruitment function during a busy period. This 3-month fixed-term role will ensure the smooth operation of our recruitment processes by managing job postings, maintaining our applicant tracking system, coordinating interview schedules, and providing general administrative support to the People & Culture team.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post job advertisements across various platforms and manage job board accounts.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in Turbo (applicant tracking system).
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and panel members.
  • Provide adhoc support where required to hiring managers during initial screening e.g. phone screen, first round interviews.
  • Respond to candidate enquiries and provide timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with reference checking and background verification processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team as required.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

 

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruitment databases (preferably Turbo Recruit).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and friendly manner.
  • Experience coordinating complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
