Position Summary:

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will join our agile squad and will be responsible for the manual & automation test of our online assessment platform. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Product Owners, Developers and other stakeholders to manage the testing activities within the squad. This role is ideal for professionals who bring deep testing expertise and a commitment to quality, reliability and performance.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

This role involves both Manual and Automation Testing.

  • Conduct manual and automated testing across functional, system, regression and performance phases.
  • Designing, developing, executing and maintaining test automation frameworks and test scripts.
  • Contribute to improving existing Automated Testing Framework (.NET) and testing practices
  • Review user stories to design and execute test cases with traceability to business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure test coverage and report on testing progress, risks and issues.
  • Produced Test Plan/Test Strategy for project within own team, as well as projects with multiple application dependencies.
  • Write and run performance test for medium to large scale initiatives.

 

About you:

Essential:

  • More than 5 years of experience in Automation, Manual testing and Exploratory testing.
  • Hands on experience in .NET, SQL, C#, Selenium and CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions).
  • Ability to write clear and concise bug reports and other test documentation.
  • Experience building and maintaining Test Automation Frameworks.
  • Familiarity with modern browser behaviour, desktop and mobile devices, performance considerations and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Ability to engage with various team members, demonstrate sound analytical, design and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, proactive team player with the ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
  • Experience in using test case management tool (TestRail, Xray, Zephyr, etc)
  • Deliver Test reporting such as Test Progress report, test summary report, defect reports
  • Experience using performance testing tool like Jmeter.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with cloud computing platform like Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with accessibility testing, ensuring conformance against WCAG guidelines.
