Pricing for our AI proctoring solution depends on factors such as assessment and exam volumes, your chosen invigilation level, hosting country, any required training or consultation, and supporting exam delivery services.
Once we understand your needs, we can provide a tailored quote and solution.
To function properly, the exam invigilation software captures the following data through the student’s webcam:
- Eye movements
- Hand movements
- Audio
- A room scan to review items in the background
- Their ID, checked against a face scan
The invigilation software does not access anything else, including files, passwords or financial information.
This data is stored under the strongest encryption protocols, and includes a comprehensive lifecycle policy to ensure it’s kept safe and automatically deleted after three months.
In addition to your own account director who answers your everyday questions, our team will provide you with extensive support for every step of your journey.
This includes setting up and integrating the software, as well as test delivery, invigilation, reviewing flagged violations and reporting on your exam events. We provide a fully-supported proctoring solution.
Janison and our proctoring provider (Proctortrack) are ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliant, which means we comply with the most rigorous international data security standards.
This includes end-to-end encryption of data, data being automatically deleted after three months, and strict role-based MFA access to data. The data is hosted through a combination of Amazon (AWS) for raw video and Google (GCP) servers for the proctoring application itself.

- Use of electronic devices like second monitors, mobile phones, smart watches, earphones or scratchpads
- Use of computer applications or websites – including prohibiting or allowing specific examples
