Business Analyst
Position Summary
As a Business Analyst, you will help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your focus will include data modelling, user flows, integration design, process optimisation, knowledge organization, and supporting the software development of features that address the client’s needs. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and vendors, to define and document technical requirements, system interfaces and API specifications.
As a member of the Product team, you will contribute to the organisation and flow of information, champion documentation standards and support continuous improvement in BA practices across the team.
In a typical week, you might be analysing integration points between systems, writing technical documentation for a new feature, diagraming complex data flow, supporting QA with acceptance criteria, or working directly with developers to clarify backlog items.
