Project Delivery Officer
Position Summary
Janison is seeking a reliable and proactive Project Delivery Officer to provide operational and project support across multiple Janison projects.
The role will support the delivery of large-scale projects, with responsibilities spanning workforce coordination, recruitment, allocation and rostering, staff communications, training administration and operational support.
The successful candidate will work across different projects depending on business requirements and must be comfortable managing changing priorities and working collaboratively with project teams.
This is a full-time fixed-term role starting October 2026 and finishing in June 2027. The role offers WFH flexibility where appropriate; however, the position will be predominantly office-based during peak project periods where collaboration and operational support are required.
Key responsibilities
Workforce Coordination
- Support recruitment, screening, onboarding and coordination of casual workforces.
- Allocate staff to shifts and locations based on availability, experience and role requirements.
- Manage roster changes, staff replacements and availability.
- Maintain accurate workforce records and project data.
Project & Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Project Managers and Workstream Leads.
- Assist with planning and coordination of project activities, deadlines and deliverables.
- Monitor project tasks and follow up outstanding actions where required.
- Support delivery teams during high-volume or time-sensitive project periods.
Staff Communication
- Manage staff queries via email and phone.
- Communicate project information, shift details, training requirements and operational updates.
- Support staff engagement and ensure relevant information is communicated accurately and on time.
Training & Event Support
- Assist Workstream Leads with training administration, including enrolment, completion tracking and follow-ups.
- Support in-person training and operational events where required.
- Assist with test-day/event-day operations, including onsite coordination and issue escalation.
- Complete relevant training to support JEM Manager or equivalent operational responsibilities where required.
Systems & Reporting
- Work across systems including Deputy, Smartsheet, Excel and other Janison project platforms.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure project information is kept up to date.
- Assist with data collection, reporting and reconciliation activities.

Experience in project coordination, operations, workforce management, rostering, recruitment, events or administration would be highly regarded.
