Pricing for our exam venues depends on the following:
- Location
- The venue’s size, based on candidate numbers. This includes larger rooms for the main cohort
- Candidates with exam adjustments such as their own rooms
This varies depending on the complexity of the exam and can range from 24 hours to six weeks. To receive an accurate timeframe, please contact us to discuss your student numbers, locations and other important information.
We need to know your exam location, dates, student numbers, student accommodations, and any accompanying exam management services you may require.
We have access to a network of hundreds of venues in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and the UK, Africa and the Americas (we have even set up and run exam events in Sudan!). This includes our own purpose-built exam centre in Sydney’s Ultimo.

We own our Sydney exam centre, but not the other venues in our network. Instead, we maintain close relationships with venue managers to ensure their centres remain safe and compliant, to ensure they’re quality spaces for hosting exams.
