Amy is a change leader who operates at the intersection of corporate strategy, digital innovation and customer-led design to build, transform and scale high-performing companies.
As leader of Janison Assessments, she leverages Janison’s world-class capabilities to drive innovation in the schools K-12 sector globally.
Amy’s career reflects her core belief that the most important capability for organisations and people is the capacity to change and grow.
She has held strategic, transformational and operations roles across financial services, education, government and healthcare. These included leading the college network of international higher education pathway company Study Group, leading strategy and transformation at NSW Government insurer icare, and launching NAB’s digital advice division.
Amy has also established corporate innovation labs, venturing arms and human-centered design practices across commercial and government organisations.
Amy has lectured for the School of Banking & Finance at UNSW and, in 2018, won the Chief Executive Women scholarship to attend Harvard Business School.
