About the opportunity

We are searching for an administrative extraordinaire to join the Exam Management team on a permanent full time basis to provide admin support with our assessments products.

Based in Sydney, this role will require some physical presence as the work involves some logistics. However we offer a fully flex approach to work and therefore working from home will also be available.

Your day to day responsibilities will include; 

  • Providing general administrative and logistics support for assessment activities across the Janison Exam Management team, and providing assistance in the coordination of assessment deliverables. 
  • Providing administration support for activities relating to online assessments and in-person examinations. 
  • Administration and logistics coordination for the venues and sites, for assessments or examinations and distribution of test materials. 
  • Managing registration processes, data entry of results, and maintenance of assessment lists and participant records. 
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. 
  • Responding to emails appropriately and acting as first point of call for the team’s shared phone line. 

 The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Working with Children Check and any related expenses will be covered by us. 

About you

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Australian working rights that allows you to work full time hours
  • demonstrated high-level administration skills, and ability to take ownership of responsibilities and escalate any issues when needed. 
  • excellent organisational skills including the ability to undertake numerous tasks concurrently. 
  • excellent time management and organisational skills including the ability to plan, set priorities, and meet deadlines, with the flexibility to alter priorities to meet changing demands. 
  • experience in an administrative and/or education/ assessments environment.
