Pippa is a skilful and passionate talent manager who brings to Janison a values-based and people-focused approach to supporting the growth of the business and bolstering an engaged company culture.

Over the past 10 years, her career has spanned both London and Sydney in mostly talent acquisition roles in which she has led global hiring and scaling strategies. These include implementing best recruitment practices, strengthening employer brands, and proactive, continuous improvement of talent attraction strategies and workplace culture.

Pippa has excelled in a breadth of sectors in which she built high performing talent functions from scratch. These span technology companies, from start-ups to established mid-sized firms, finance, analytics and healthcare, as well as multinationals and even the Australian Defence Force.
