We have a rare opportunity for a Content Marketing Manager to join our schools marketing team on a permanent full-time basis (other employment arrangements would be considered). Reporting into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will join a small, but highly impactful team, and be responsible for leading and delivering Janison’s content strategy.

You will be directing the organisational effort around content and social best practices, thought leadership and lead generating pieces. The role will require you to collaborate and engage across the Janison business, aligning your effort with our organisation strategy and focus areas. You will also partner with our content and SEO agencies to deliver high quality content that generates increased website traffic and demand.

Day to day this role will see you:

  • Lead Janison’s content and social strategy across multiple channels
  • Develop a dedicated content calendar and library of resources, including (but not limited to): blog posts, gated content (e.g. eBooks), social media posts, case studies, landing pages, collateral, ad copy, emails, scripts, FAQs and sales enablement tools
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team, subject matter experts and other stakeholders (sales, customer experience, product etc.) to generate high quality campaign content and messaging
  • Develop a strong understanding and know-how of the schools K-12 sector (principals, teachers and parents) to deliver relevant and engaging user experiences and journeys
  • Identify opportunities to optimise the ICAS Assessments and Janison websites with new content, refinement of existing content and reviewing how content is displayed and integrated into the buying cycle

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Proven B2B marketing or content writing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related field
  • The ability to transition between developing and working on the “big picture” and strategy execution
  • Comfort and familiarisation in analysing data to inform reporting and next best action(s)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/MarTech platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and sound knowledge of how funnels and lead nurturing programs work within an integrated campaign
  • The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with an “own it and find a way” attitude and the appetite to drive change

This role would be ideal for candidates who are motivated self-starters excited by the opportunity to own the creation of content across an array of formats and channels from start to finish. You will have sharp writing and editorial skills and a drive to help us unlock the potential in every learner.
